2. Order Cut-Off Time
Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) / 2:00 PM (PST).
Orders placed before the cut-off time will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the following business day.
3. Shipping Coverage & Carrier Information
Service Area: United States (Lower 48 states).
Carriers Used: USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL Express (depending on delivery location and item size).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. You can track your shipment anytime through the link provided in the email.
5. Address Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at DeavilaDejonge@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot alter the shipping address or cancel the order.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Damaged Items in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging, and contact us at DeavilaDejonge@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
Lost / Stolen Packages: If your tracking indicates "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check around your delivery location or contact your local carrier post office. If you still cannot locate it, email us for assistance.
